Students at a college in South Devon say they feel "sad, angry and disrespected" after being told their courses have been discontinued with immediate effect.

The pedestrians, a man and a woman, were taken to Torbay District Hospital where they are both receiving treatment.

The River Dart Academy has had to close three times because of sewage in the car park.
