Christmas Market

The cathedral grounds have not hosted a Christmas market since 1813 as it was shut down over concerns of "indecency and tumultuous conduct".

Jersey's Christmas market has been ranked as among the best in Europe, beating the likes of Berlin, Seville and Vienna, according to an online travel guide.

The annual Genuine Jersey 'Simply Christmas Market’ opens on Thursday 23 November.
