British model and actress Cara Delevingne has said her “heart is broken” following a fire at her home in Los Angeles.

The model's allegations are the latest in a string of claims of sexual offences, including rape, against the disgraced film producer.

An Advertising Standards Agency ruling said production techniques exaggerated the effect of the make-up.
