Ben Youngs

The 34-year-old scrum half was diagnosed with arrhythmia and a condition called supraventricular tachycardia - an irregular heartbeat.

The artwork at the club where Youngs played his first games has been unveiled following his record-breaking appearance against Wales at the weekend.

Youngs grew up in Norfolk and played for both Holt and North Walsham rugby clubs when he was a youngster.
