Becky Watts' stepbrother and his girlfriend are reportedly being held by police over the 16-year-old's murder.
Nathan Matthews, 28, and Shauna Phillips, 21, have been named in several newspaper reports as the two arrested in connection with her alleged killing.
Officers were last night granted a further 24 hours to question them but must either charge or release them by this afternoon.
A further four men and one woman have also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Floral tributes to Becky Watts have emerged in several locations across Bristol amid a public outpouring of grief at the 16-year-old's murder.
Bouquets, teddies and cards have been left at the family home she vanished from on February 19, and at the site where body parts were found.

Police given extra 24 hours to question five suspects
Police have been given an extra 24 hours to question five suspects arrested in connection with the Becky Watts case.
The four men and one woman, aged between 23 and 29, were detained on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Officers have until this afternoon to question two murder suspects in the case, who are reported as being Becky's stepbrother Nathan Matthews and his girlfriend Shauna Phillips.

Becky Watts: Stepbrother arrest is 'haunting family'
The reported arrest of Becky Watts' stepbrother and his girlfriend in connection with her suspected murder "continues to haunt" her family, her brother said.
Dan Galsworthy posted an emotional message on Facebook revealing his turmoil.
He said: "This has left a deep hole in my heart and will continue to haunt me.
"To everyone messaging and supporting me I haven't replied to any messages because I simply have no words, I thank you all and deeply appreciate everyone's support. Love to you all."
Matthews is understood to be the son of Anjie Galsworthy, 49, who is married to Becky's dad, Darren, 51, who fathered her and Dan with their mum Tanya Watts, 46.
Detectives are also questioning four men, two aged 29 and two aged 23, and a 23-year-old woman, who have been arrested on suspicion of helping an offender.
Police confirm suspect was taken to hospital last night
Police confirm the female suspect, who is reported as being Shauna Phillips, was taken to hospital last night after feeling unwell.
She has since returned to custody.

Bristol churches plan prayer services for Becky Watts
Churches in Bristol are also planning to be open for people to pray or light a candle to remember the 16-year-old.
Rev Martin Gainsborough said St Luke's Church in Barton Hill would open this afternoon.
In a Facebook post, he said: "In light of the tragic turn in events concerning Becky Watts, St Luke's Church Barton Hill will be open for prayer on March 4 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm and 8pm to 9pm.
"There will be opportunities to light a candle, write a prayer, or just chat over a cup of tea or coffee."
Meanwhile, St Ambrose Church, which is close to Becky's home in St George, will be open throughout the day for people to light candles in the teenager's memory.
People have already begun laying flowers and cards near the scene of where body parts were found yesterday.
One card read: "Becky, we didn't know you but you are still in our hearts."

Police running out of time to question Becky suspects
Police must either charge or release the two suspects in the Becky Watts murder investigation by this afternoon as time to question them further will run out.
Under UK law, suspects can only be held in custody for a maximum of 96 hours. A 28-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested on Saturday.
