It has been confirmed Oxfordshire's zero emission zone, the first in the UK, has been delayed because of technical problems.
The pilot scheme, which would see the most polluting vehicles paying a fee to enter the city centre, was due to begin next month, but authorities now say they don't know when it will be launched.
