Snow: Your pictures

While snow can cause disruption for many, some of you were enjoying the white stuff and sent us your photographs via social media.

While there were some flurries in various parts of the region, in most places the snow did not settle. There was heavier snow in the east of the region, leaving some roads blocked or difficult to pass. Councils have been sending out gritter lorries to lay salt on main roads.
