Families who lost loved ones to the Grenfell fire say they have to live with the mistakes made by architects for the rest of their lives.

The Deputy Prime Minister has been questioned by broadcasters, a day on from the final phase of the Grenfell Inquiry.

Lead counsel Richard Millett KC described how a “merry−go−round of buck−passing” had prevailed throughout the hearings.
