Body positivity campaigner Harnaam Kaur's beard is six inches long in places.

It represents the 24-year-old's quest to overcome years of bullying that at one stage left her feeling suicidal.

She has polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormonal condition that causes her to grow excess facial hair.

In March she became the first female with a beard to walk the runway at London Fashion Week and says her place in the record books is "absolutely humbling."

Maxwell Day, from Enfield, has set a world record by turning his feet back to front by 157 degrees.

The 14-year-old previously set the Guinness World Record for the feat at Minecon in September 2015 - beating the previous record set by Moses Lanham in 2012.

Maxwell can’t remember a time when he was unable to rotate his feet.

Despite appearances, he insists that the impressive party trick is not painful to perform and for him and he can even walk with them rotated.

He does, however, have to wear special insoles in his shoes to keep his feet straight while he walks.

Maxwell describes his entry as an amazing "once in a lifetime experience" that he is very proud of.
