Is this the most expensive car park in the world? You'll need £2 million to snap it up
A car park in Mayfair, that can fit just eight cars, has gone on the market for a staggering £2 million.
The narrow forecourt, thought to be the most expensive ever to go on the market in London, is being sold on a 900 year lease by the owner of an apartment block called Audley Court.
The description of the property on Rightmove reads:
The collective parking space on Hill Street is recommended for use by owners and occupiers, or of interest to investors as a letting investment.
This is the latest in a long string ofextravagantly priced properties, including garages, in London.
