Granada Snake

The discovery was made by a landlord as he renovated a house in St Helens

Police were called to the first floor flat and were confronted by the 6-8ft snake. Residents had no idea how it came to be there.

The owner of a six-foot long snake who's gone missing has assured members of the public there are no safety concerns over his pet.
