Isle of Man Chief Minister tests positive for coronavirus
The Chief Minister of the Isle of Man has tested positive for coronavirus.
Howard Quayle MHK started self-isolating after experiencing mild symptoms at the start of the week on 7th April.
The Health Minister, David Ashford MHK, made the announcement during the Isle of Man Government daily press conference.
It was announced that the Chief Minister received a text message today saying he had tested positive.
The news came alongside the highest increase in coronavirus cases on the Island with a rise of 32.
12 of the cases are being treated at Noble's Hospital.
