St Helens and Salford set for 'Magic' meeting

Next year's rugby league Magic Weekend will feature a rerun of the Super League Grand Final between St Helens and Salford Red Devils.

Saints won their last encounter at Old Trafford in October but Salford will get the chance to avenge that defeat when the teams go head to head in Newcastle on May 23.

Every Super League fixture that weekend will be played at St James' Park, including a clash between rivals Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves.

Super League newcomers Toronto open things up against Huddersfield.
