Man found bleeding from multiple wounds after knife attack in park
A man has been seriously injured in a knife attack in a park in Merseyside.
Police say they were called to North Park on Hornby Road in Bootle where they found a 21 year old bleeding from a number of wounds to his chest, head, stomach and limbs.
He was taken to hospital where his injuries were described as serious but not life threatening.
Parts of the park were sealed off, along with Knowsley Road and Stanley Road.
Detectives would now like to speak to anyone who was in the area at around 2.30pm on Sunday 21 July.
