South Asian Heritage Month: Religion

As part of ITV Channel's coverage of South Asian Heritage Month, we have decided to look at the topic of religion which has changed dramatically over the last 20 years.

At that stage, the small Muslim community in Jersey worshipped in everything from a kebab shop to a doctors mess.

The arrival of Dr Sarfraz Jamali from Pakistan changed all that to the vibrant community it is today. And this year marks Islamic new year.
