Plans approved for almost 200 new homes in St Helier

Almost 200 new homes will be built next to the Co-op Grand Marche supermarket in St Helier.

Developers wil demolish the warehouse and office buildings at the former Play.com site on La Rue le Masurier after plans have been been approved. 195 new homes and two commercial units will be built. There will be alterations to existing archway building which will also be extended. 215 new car parking spaces would also be included on site. The plans were first put forward in 2015 and revised last year.
