More details released of missing Matthew Bourgaize

Guernsey Police have put out a description of what they think Matthew Bourgaize was wearing, the day after he went missing.

Police have been searching for the 29-year-old since Saturday 11 January and want to speak with a man wearing a black coat, grey jogging bottoms and trainers, walking along Braye Road on Sunday 12 January. The description of the person, seen between Alliance and Lowlands Road, at around 2:55pm is said to match that of Mr Bourgaize.

Police say people are reporting the sighting of this person in good faith and they need to speak to him to eliminate those reports from their investigation, if it's not Mr Bourgaize.

There have been no further confirmed sightings of Mr Bourgaize who was last seen leaving the Oberlands Centre on Saturday 11 January, where he was receiving mental health treatment.

In another development, officers also want to speak with someone who was seen cycling and singing loudly in Grandes Maison Road between 3:30pm and 5pm on weekdays before Christmas.
