Women's Muratti back after four-year absence

The Women's Muratti will return in 2020 after a four-year absence, the Jersey FA and Guernsey FA have announced.

The fixture, last played in 2016, was cancelled in 2017 following a dispute over the registration of Guernsey players and has not been staged since.

It will be played on Sunday 17 May as part of a five-match Muratti schedule across the weekend at Springfield.

The men's Muratti Vase final has been confirmed as a three o'clock kick-off on Saturday 16 May, with over-50s, disability, and walking football inter-insulars taking place alongside the two showpiece fixtures.

The JFA say the match will be all-ticket with no tickets available on the day and, following feedback from 2018, no viewing areas behind fences at Springfield.
