Andium Homes has signed up to be a part of the Government of Jersey's landlord accreditation scheme.
Rent Safe is a voluntary programme and recognises landlords and agents who show that their properties meet minimum requirements.
The scheme helps potential tenants to identify housing providers that offer safe, good quality homes.
Properties registered on the scheme will be assessed and given a rating demonstrating the standards that they meet.
