Decision expected today on Ann Court development in Jersey
A decision is expected today on whether 165 affordable homes will be built in Jersey.
The Ann Court development in St Helier was approved last year and was due to start in January 2019 but has been delayed.
The Treasury Minister postponed the allocation of £37.8 million of funds in November 2018.
That decision was made after the Chief Minister decided to look into alternative uses of the money, including using the site as a new States HQ to replace Cyril Le Marquand.
Deputy Steve Luce, the former Planning Minister, lodged a proposition to urge the States to sign the paperwork.
This proposition will be debated in the States meeting today.
