Jersey politician urges States to sign paperwork for Ann Court development so work can begin

Jersey's former Planning Minister is urging the States to sign the paperwork for a development at Ann Court in St Helier, so that work can get started.

The loan has been agreed for Andium Homes to build 165 affordable homes on the site, but the company cannot start without the Treasury Minister's approval.

Deputy Steve Luce believes the delay is impacting social housing tenants and the Island Plan, as well as the development of an Age Concern centre planned for the site.
