Andium Homes unveils new 117 home plan for Gas Place
Plans to build 117 new homes on the Jersey Gas works site will be put forward by the States housing provider, Andium Homes.
The plans also include extending Jersey's Millennium Town Park up to St Saviour's road as well as providing more than 200 underground parking spaces for residents and members of the public.
The site previously had planning approval for 250 homes but residents appealed against the plans and the project was called off in 2016.
Andium Homes then purchased the site in September 2017.
They held a public consultations earlier this year, presenting five potential plans for the site.
The scaled-back option five won 79% of the support.
Andium Homes Chairman Frank Walker says the plans are in line with the proposed Common Strategic Policy commitments and the Island Plan.
