'More communication needed' about developments on St Brelade's Bay
A campaign group in Jersey is warning developers they should talk to residents before submitting plans to build on one of the island's most popular bays.
The St Brelade's Bay Association has issued a plea to businesses, saying there needs to be more understanding of the concerns of people living in the area.
The association has welcomed last week's decision to reject the Wayside development, which included plans for a new restaurant and surf shop.
