Debate continues on the future of Guernsey's L'Ancresse sea wall

The future of this section of a WW2 anti-tank wall is in doubt.

Politicians in Guernsey are set to continue the debate on what to do with the World War 2 anti-tank wall.

There are plans to demolish a section of the wall at L'Ancresse but this has been met with opposition from islanders who say it holds historic value.

Earlier this week a petition to save the sea wall was handed into the States.

The Environment Committee says it is too costly to repair the wall.
