Would you get on a bus without a driver?

Well, that could be the future for bus passengers in Guernsey if a new idea gets the go-ahead.

A local company wants to introduce driverless buses to island roads, which use fully-automated navigation to get from one place to another.

Driverless vehicles are already being trialled in the UK but Guernsey's States say they will not fund the research needed to introduce them locally.
