A man who has cerebral palsy and impaired sight says his independence and freedom has been taken away after the bus route he relies on was cut.

Funding has been allocated based on need instead of making areas compete for funding as in previous years.

The £2 cap on single fares that applies on most routes outside London will be replaced by a new £3 cap until the end of 2025.
