Hostile conditions stopped thorough Handois Reservoir search
Jersey Police say hostile conditions meant they didn't find Adrian Lynch's body in Handois Reservoir, after he disappeared in December.
Adrian was found floating in the water by reservoir staff nearly two weeks ago.
Specialist police were brought over in January and divers searched the water with sonar equipment.
But 'hostile terrain' and 'poor visibility' meant it was not totally reliable.
Cadavar dogs also searched the perimeter of the area, which was classed as high priority by the police.
More searching happened in July, but the reservoir was not included in that.
