At least 22 people have died and 59 injured during an explosion at a pop concert in Manchester Arena.

A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the attack.

Sisters talk about their Manchester terror nightmare

Two sisters from Northamptonshire have been talking about being caught up in the terror attack at Manchester Arena.

17-year-old Brook Page and her 11-year-old sister Adele, from Milton Malsor, were at the Ariana Grande concert where a suicide bomber murdered 22 people and injured dozens more.

They've spoken about how they escaped from the venue and the support they're getting now to help them come to terms with what they've been through.

The UK is on a critical terror alert with military troops set to help police forces after the Prime Minster raised the threat level to its highest possible rating.

Thousands of members of the armed forces could be sent out onto the streets to protect Britain, in the wake of the Manchester suicide bombing.

The move comes amid fears the attacker, Salman Abedi, did not act alone.
