David Beckham spotted in Derby as son Cruz plays for school football team
The England legend and wife Victoria were spotted at Repton School in Derbyshire.
He was watching his son Cruz play football for his school team.
Several people who were in the area at the time took selfies with 'Becks' as he leant out of the window of his 4x4 near the fee-paying school.
Fans took to social media in disbelief that the football star was actually in their village - with many questioning whether it was just a lookalike.
16-year-old Cruz - who's hoping to follow in his father's footsteps - 16, was reportedly playing for Millfield School against Repton in Derby.
Motorist Paula Augustus later saw the Beckhams drive past her on their way home.
She said: "My daughter and I were driving along Carriers Road, just past Egginton, when we saw the Black Mercedes G-Wagon on the other side of the road.
"It stood out, as it's my daughters dream car. It was driving towards Hilton and she glanced over and thought it was Beckham driving.
"We then read later that it was David and Victoria on the way back from Repton."
There were reports the Beckhams stopped off at the Bulls Head, in the village, for a bite to eat after the game, but the pub has refused to confirm or deny those reports.
