Air ambulance called after boy gets into difficulty at Bosworth Water Park
An air ambulance has been called after a child got into difficulty at Bosworth Water Park.
It comes as people are being warned to stay safe in open water during the hot weather.
The East Midlands Ambulance Service received a call just after 3:30pm today to deal with a “medical emergency.”
A young boy was taken out of the water - he was conscious and talking to paramedics.
He's been sent to Leicester Royal Infirmary as a precaution.
A paramedic in an ambulance car and a crewed ambulance also attended the scene.
