Cat rescued from under floorboards after giving birth to five kittens

A cat had to be rescued by firefighters after she gave birth underneath floorboards.

Luna gave birth to five kittens yesterday (Sunday May 17) under the floorboards of her owner's home in Stafford.

They then needed to be rescued by firefighters from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Both Luna and her kittens are now safe.
