Fly-tipped car found dumped in river
A car has been found abandoned in a river in Sandwell.
Sandwell Council teams were called to remove the fly-tipped vehicle - and it was winched out of the River Tame on New Year's Eve by the council's Environmental Protection Team.
They say they don't believe the car is stolen, and they're not sure how it ended up in the river.
