People took part in a march through Birmingham city centre, calling for more to be done to help people sleeping rough.
Government figures show that in 2018, there were 420 people sleeping rough across the West Midlands.
That's a rise from 2017 where there were 225.
Birmingham city council say the number of homeless people in the city is representative of the national picture, and that it is working hard to address the underlying issues which cause homelessness.
