Revealed: West Midlands ITV Fundraiser of the Year

We've been introducing you to our four finalists for ITV Fundraiser of the Year in the West Midlands all week - and now we can finally reveal our overall winner.

It's Jane Sutton from Burntwood in Staffordshire. She's raised thousands for Teenage Cancer Trust in memory of her son Stephen, who died in 2014. Her latest challenge saw her climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa.

Our ITV News Central panel was joined by guest judge Claire Lomas, the inspirational fundraiser who completed the London Marathon wearing a bionic suit back in 2012.

All four of the finalists had gone to admirable lengths to raise money, but after much deliberation the panel decided on Jane as this year's West Midlands winner.

The judges were impressed at how much time Jane devotes to preparing for her challenges and fundraising, as well as fitting in a full-time job, as well as the strength she has shown in carrying on Stephen's message.
