New port for offshore wind energy to bring 3000 jobs to Lincolnshire

Seventy five million pound of government money is going to be spent on the South Bank of the Humber to upgrade a port to support the offshore wind industry.

Construction work will start this year at the Able Marine Energy Park near Immingham.

Local leaders say they plan to make sure jobs go to local people to help regenerate the area.
