Storm Frank: Border region flood warnings
SEPA and the Environment Agency have issued several flood warnings either side of the border.

Update: All flood alerts removed from Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders
The two amber flood alerts in place for Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders have been removed.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency say the river levels across the region have dropped overnight and there are no further flooding impacts to expect.
Update: Flood warnings in Cumbria
The following flood warnings are still in force by the Environment Agency for Cumbria, meaning that 'flooding is expected' and 'immediate action is required':
- Keswick Campsite - following further heavy rainfall on Thursday, the lake level remains high so the flood warning is still in place.
5 flood alerts also remain in force, meaning that 'flooding is possible' and 'be prepared':

Update: Flood warnings in Scottish Borders
A flood alert remains in place for the Scottish Borders. River levels within the region continue to fall from their peak levels on Wednesday. Residual flooding impacts may still be present, particularly within the Tweed valley.

Severe flood warning issued for Dumfries
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has issued a 'severe' flood warning for the Whitesands area of Dumfries.
A severe warning means that flooding is a near certainty and there is a danger to life.
