Sir Chris Bonington: 'I'm in love'

World-famous mountaineer Sir Chris Bonington has spoken of his plans for the future during a visit to Kendal Mountain Festival.

He aims to conquer more peaks in the Himalayas at the age of 82, more than four decades after he became the first British person to climb Mount Everest.

Sir Chris has also recently remarried and has told ITV Border that he's thrilled to find himself back in love and has just republished his autobiography.
