Hospital deaths of patients with Covid-19 increase by 36 in the Anglia region
A further 36 patients with coronavirus have died in hospitals in the Anglia region taking the total to 3,253 according to figures released by NHS England on Saturday.
The figure is lower than the 42 deaths that were announced on Friday but higher than Thursday's daily total of 19.
The figures do not include those who pass away in care homes or in the community which are published on a local level only weekly. When the data released on Tuesday is included, the regional death toll rise to more than 4,500.

There have been a further seven patients dying with Covid-19 at Northampton General Hospital, which has seen a second smaller peak in deaths after the initial spike. The patients died on the 13th and 14th May and the total number of deaths at the hospital is now more than 200.
The NW Anglia NHS Trust in Cambridgeshire, which runs Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, reported an additional seven patients dying with coronavirus.
Three more patients have died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. The West Norfolk area has the highest concentration of confirmed coronavirus cases in the Anglia region with 431 per 100,000 of the population. Across England, 255 people per 100,000 have been confirmed with the disease.
