Full of energy and charisma: Hospital Trust pays tribute to staff member
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) has confirmed the death of one of their members of staff.
Jenny Esson, 45, had tested positive for Covid-19. The Trust said she had underlying health conditions and became unwell whilst working from home. She died on Friday, 17 April at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Jenny is the ninth healthworker to die in our region

Jenny's family paid tribute to a woman they described as “charismatic, loving, passionate and outrageously funny"
Her daughter Kaisa, her daughter said her mum was “like a best friend and a mum combined. She was the best person I’ve ever met.”
Eight other health and care workers from the ITV Anglia region have died during the pandemic.
