New Norwich City Sporting Director Stuart Webber is reportedly hoping to revamp the club's recruitment department, with three members of staff set to leave.

It's believed that Technical director Ricky Martin, head of football recruitment Tony Spearing and head of scouting Lee Darnbrough will all be let go and Webber is aiming to replace them with heads of recruitment for both the UK and Europe.

Webber only arrived at Carrow Road from Championship rivals Huddersfield Town last week, but is already looking to change the current set-up at Carrow Road.

The Canaries have faced criticism for their work in the transfer market in recent seasons and have failed to mount a promotion push this year.

Webber is also continuing his search for a new Head Coach, with the Canaries recently confirming that Interim manager Alan Irvine will remain in charge until the end of the season.

According to Press Association Sport, the 33-year-old has two preferred candidates for the position and both of the prospective candidates are currently in work.
