Following his appointment as Norwich City's new sporting director, ITV News Anglia sat down with Stuart Webber on his first day in the job.
His vision for the future and how quickly fans can expect to see a new Head Coach were just two of the topics on the agenda after the club confirmed that interim manager Alan Irvine will remain in charge for the rest of the season.
I'm certainly not a mingler, whether that's with players or anyone else. I'll look you in the eye and I'll give you an honest answer.

For me, it's about a team on the pitch that run around first and foremost, but run around with real structure.
I want a team that plays exciting football and I want to be part of a club that I would be excited to watch.
I don't want to be getting out of bed every morning to be part of a club that just wants to be in The Championship - my aim is to work in the Premier League.
We will create something here and it will be a really good experience for everyone.
Stuart Webber, Norwich City Sporting Director It was difficult to leave Huddersfield in terms of the fact I've been part of something that could potentially be very special for that football club, but the opportunity to come to a club of this size - I couldn't turn down.

Let's not rush it, let's get it right, because as much I understand the fans want a Head Coach straight away, they wouldn't thank us in October in November if we got it wrong.
I know that this appointment is massive for the next stage of this football club and we've got to take our time.

But at the same time, it's easier said than done to have a clear-out - people are under long contracts and good transfer fees have been paid.
What we need to find out over the next few weeks is which players want to be here and which players are good enough to be here. Once we work that out, I know we'll start the shoots of recovery. I've got absolutely no doubt about that.
