Parts of the Anglia region have been flooded after a fortnight's worth of rain fell in one morning.

The Environment Agency issued two flood warnings and 20 of the lower level flood alerts for the region as rivers burst their banks.

Roads and fields were flooded and some cars became stranded in flood waters.

More than 25 mm (1 inches) of rain fell at Weybourne on the north Norfolk coast between 5am and 5pm on Thursday making it the wettest place in England.

That's about half the amount of rain that usually falling during the entire month of January.
