Third night of anti-Trump protests across the USA
A third night of protests began on Friday evening after Donald Trump won the presidential election on Tuesday.
On the east coast, the cities of Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta and Miami were flooded with hundreds of people marching through them with banners and placards.
In Portland, hundreds took to the streets where just 24 hours before police fired tear gas and pepper spray at protesters.
On Saturday, a demonstrator was shot on a bridge in Portland, prompting police to call for an evacuation of the area.
In New York, protesters crowded around outside Trump Towers, where Donald Trump lives.
People held aloft signs saying "Love Trumps hate", "refugees are welcome" and "Sauron will fall".
One man protesting in the city told a reporter: "If our values are going to be put in jeopardy, then we're going to come out and have our say."
In Miami, hundreds of protesters blocked a main highway and stood on the central reservation chanting and holding signs.
Elsewhere in the city, people were chanting "Donald Trump has got to go!"
No violence has been reported in any of the cities so far.
