Jade Jones: Family pushed me to gold medal glory
Taekwondo star Jade Jones has credited her family for pushing her to Olympic glory.
The 23-year-old, told ITV News: "Every time I come out for a fight and I see my family all in the crowd, it just makes me go for it that little bit more.
"They've come all the way here, they're supporting me, they're willing me to win so it just makes me go for it that little bit harder."
Jones, who won gold at London 2012, said it felt "surreal" to have won another gold medal in Rio.
Speaking about the future, Jones said she was looking forward to defending her title for a third time in Tokyo in 2020 as she "likes to kick people".
