Roma legend Francesco Totti takes selfie to celebrate goal against arch-rivals
Picture the scene: you're a club legend and you've just scored two goals against your biggest rivals, sending your adoring fans into frenzy.
What's the perfect way to celebrate? A selfie, naturally.
Italian club Roma - currently gunning for Italy's Serie A title - trailed to arch-enemies Lazio with just moments to go on Sunday, before captain and talisman Francesco Totti popped up to score a potentially crucial equaliser.
After running over to the ecstatic crowd, the 38-year-old - who has played for his local team for more than 20 years and is their all-time top scorer - then grabbed a mobile phone from a member of the club's coaching staff and took the photo.
Roma then posted the selfie on their Facebook page, along with a competition to let fans get their own selfie with "Il Capitano".
Totti is not the first sporting selfie - with golfer Ian Poulter tweeting one of the victorious European Ryder Cup team in September, and Ireland offering their own upon winning rugby's Six Nations.
