Jaime Winstone talks After Hours
I'm 30 and thinking about starting to take my career in a more serious direction
Actress Jaime Winstone sums up the word cool - both on and off the camera!
She has only just turned 30, but she's already made a name for herself in gritty roles like Kidulthood and Made in Dagenham - as well as moonlighting as a model for Vivienne Westwood.
And now she's back on our screens in the new six-part comedy series called After Hours.
The drama follows the fortunes of 18-year-old music fan Willow, played by James Tarpey, stuck in the little town of Shankly after his friends head off to university and his girlfriend dumps him.
The only thing that keeps him going is the independent radio show After Hours.
Jaime, who announced she was pregnant with her first child in September, plays music enthusiast Lauren who runs the pirate radio station from her barge alongside fellow wannabe DJ Ollie, played by Rob Kendrick.
With a lack of work and a shortage of luck for the residents of Shankly, can the music mad trio deliver some much needed inspiration to their community?
