How to do the HIIT workout

If you are pushed for time and you only have 15 minutes to spare but you want to challenge your fitness and burn fat quickly, then HIIT is the way to go.

High intensity interval training is a training technique where you go all out 100% maximum effort, through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery.

Do each exercise at your maximum effort for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds.
