Sweet chilli pork wraps

Sally Bee's mouth-watering sweet chilli pork wraps are perfect for the whole family!

Makes 8 wraps

Ingredients:100g green beans, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 500g lean pork mince 1½ tsp harissa paste 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce 2 red peppers, cut into strips 8 flour tortillas 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded

Method:

  • Blanch the green beans for 1 min in a saucepan of boiling water, then refresh in a bowl of cold water. Drain.

  • Put a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add olive oil

  • Cook the pork for a few minutes until browned, then stir through the harissa, sweet chilli and soy sauce. Add the beans and peppers and cook for 5 min or until the pork is cooked through.

  • Warm the tortillas according to the pack instructions. Put an eighth of the pork mixture and some shredded lettuce on each, then roll up to serve.
