Yogurt bark recipe

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this healthy yogurt bark.

Prep: 10 minutes, plus freezing time

IngredientsChoose your favourite yogurt and toppings from the recipes below, or experiment with your own flavour combinations.

Berry & Chocolate450g Onken 0% Strawberry yogurt2 tbsp dark chocolate chips7 strawberries, hulled and slicedHandful blueberries50g raspberries2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Easter egg crunch450g Onken 0% Vanilla yogurt100g mini speckled Easter eggs, lightly crush half the eggs

Berry & nut crush450g Onken Peach or Apricot yogurt2 tbsp dried blueberries2 tbsp dried cranberries2 tbsp granola75g lightly crushed shelled pistachio nuts

Method1. For any of the flavour combinations above: Spoon the yogurt of your choice into a bowl. Gently stir through half the toppings.2. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Spread on the yogurt mixture to the desired thickness (not too thin).3. Sprinkle and top with the remaining toppings.4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until frozen.5. Remove from the freezer, leave for a few minutes before cutting into pieces with a sharp knife. Eat immediately, or freeze in freezer bags separating each piece with baking parchment.

Note: Depending on the thickness, the bark will start to melt after about 15 minutes from removing from the freezer.
