Ulrika's menopause struggle: 'I felt like I was going into a dark episode'
Ulrika Jonsson opened up to Lorraine about her struggle going through the early stages of menopause.
Ulrika spoke about her shock at starting the menopause at a younger age than she was expecting, "At that stage I was 46, and I thought that this was my time to have my body back after having four children, this is going to be my time. No, God had other plans.”
The presenter also opened up about how much menopause affected both her physical and mental health, "I had the most unimaginable anxiety, that i've not known before."
